Shipping policy

Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you. All orders are processed and shipped from within the United States.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If that changes we will update this page.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. During busy periods or sales, processing may take an extra day, and we will let you know if there is any delay.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, but the vast majority of orders arrive within this window.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75
- A flat rate of $5.99 on orders under $75
- Your shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel from our Track Order page or directly with the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Delayed or lost parcels
If tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, email us at support@vincentrosier.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we will help if the order has not yet left us.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund for the items, less the original shipping cost.
