Refund policy

We want you to be glad you chose Vincent Rosier. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns, exchanges and refunds work, in plain terms. This policy applies to orders placed on vincentrosier.com and shipped within the United States.
Our 30-day return window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed, in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, including any gift box and band
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn cannot be returned or refunded. Please try them on while seated or over a clean sock, and keep the packaging until you are sure they are right for you. Gift cards and items marked as final sale are also non-returnable. This protects every customer and keeps our standards high.
How to start a return
Email us at support@vincentrosier.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply within one business day with simple instructions and the return address. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back, as returns received without prior notice may be delayed.
Return shipping costs
You arrange and pay for return shipping unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product. In those cases we cover the full cost of the return and any replacement. We recommend a tracked service for every return, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that do not reach us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange a colour or size is to return the unworn item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want. If you would like help choosing, email us and we will be glad to advise on fit and colour before you buy.
How and when your refund is issued
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the funds. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping cost. A photo of the issue helps us resolve it faster.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund you are expecting, first check with your bank or card provider, as posting times vary. If you have done this and still have not received it, email us and we will track it down with you.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped it is treated as a return under the terms above.
